Our 10-inch fluted mold (sometimes called a bundt pan) has a tube in the center that brings heat to the center of the cake so that it browns in the same time as the outside of the cake. The nonstick surface helps you remove the cake from the pan without damaging it and makes cleanup easy. I really like the soft touch farberware products. The non-stick surface is awesome. I can bake a cake and let it cool for about 10 minutes and flip the pan over onto cooling racks and it comes right out. You never have to run a knife around the edges to try to remove the cake. They advise to never use non-stick cooking spray on the pan or it will ruin the finish and the warranty. Easy clean up. I have many Farberware soft touch products and highly recommend them. I recommend hand washing these products too.

I purchased this light colored bundt pan to replace a nonstick with a dark coating which invariably burned at temperatures given in recipes. This pan is fabulous in that it never sticks and cooks perfectly at the temperatures directed in recipes. What a wonderful find, and a very fair price. Thanks, Amazon.
