Great pan. I love cheese cake but all the recipes out there make a 9" pie with 3 bars of cream cheese. I just want to use half the recipe. The cake will be too thin in a 9" pan, so this size is perfect. Good construction and nice glass bottom, what's not to like.

Glass bottoms are the best, cakes can be stored on the base without picking up a metallic taste. The ring portion of the pan is not as good quality as my larger ones from a different company but the pan is very reasonably priced so it works out to be a decent value.

Works quite well, cheesecake separates easily from sides, keep in mind this is 1/2 the size of normal springform pans, be sure to cut the cooking time!
