This square professional 1-piece tube pan is designed for baking angel food cakes, pound cakes, struesel cakes, breads, and frozen desserts. The pan's uniform wall thickness results in an even rise and the elimination of hot or cold spots in cakes. The anodized aluminum pan won't discolour and provides excellent cake release and clean up. A ¼" round rim makes it easy to lift and move the pan without disturbing the contents.

This is my first Fat Daddio purchase....i was so pleased and intrigued with the shape that i made a cake immediately...it baked BEAUTIFULLY and released like a dream!....the only reason i did not give this item 5 stars was because for anodized i was expecting a heavier gauge/weight/thickness but this was still a great purchase for me!

My wife saw this and wanted it. We ordered it and the first one came in defective. Aluminum had a small tear that occurred during the extrusion/forming process. Sent it back with no hassle and received a good one. Wife likes it but she has to make a double recipe of the cake batter to fill us the huge pan. Very unique. Everyone asks her where she got this pan. They've never seen one before. She eats up the attention. I eat up the cake.

I catered a dessert event with 28 different dessert items and this was one of the pans I used, I purchased quite a few different design cake pans to show case all of my dessert items. They all turned out very well. The cake came out of the pan with no problems, even on the first use. I love that the pan seems to hold about 16 cups of cake batter, for the recipes that I make using 4 cups of flour, and the batter never exceeds over the top of the pan. The cake comes out a nice golden brown, and even color. They also pack well for traveling when stacked atop each other to transport. I loved it than many at the event had never seen a square Angel Food Pan, and I proudly and gladely told them that I ordered it from AmaZON. I ALSO EMPHASIZED HOW MUCH BATTER THE PAN ACTUALLY HOLDS, WHICH IS ALWAYS A PLUS IN MY BOOK.I ordered a variety of odd or different shaped Bundt pans , ALL FROM AMAZON, and they were a big hit.
