Knowing Dr. Oetker from Germany I thought it would be worth spending a little extra to get this import.I did not want a bundt with those nonstick finishes that stop working after the first few times, peels off, or one made from aluminum. I wanted to go a little traditional here so I opted for this enameled "Gugelhupf" pan.The enamel finishing is quite nice and seems like it will last a long time if you take care to wash and store it properly. The size of this pan is pretty much the normal size for Germany.I made a cake that called for a 10 inch bundt and used this instead, it worked out great.I think the recipe book that comes with it is nice (if you can understand German recipes, since I speak German I thought it was nice to have). This is a direct import product so the box and insert are in German, so don't be surprised!
