I bought one of these in a local store about 2 years ago. I was very excited and loved using it. My friends really liked my cakes and how "little and cute" they were. The pan cooks evenly and I didn't have any problems with it sticking. I usually used a spray or butter, but even the couple of times I forgot to it still didn't stick. Sounds all good right? Well I just noticed a couple of months ago that the inside coating on the pan was wearing off. At first I thought it was just when I washed it, but the next time I used it I noticed the coating coming off on my cakes too. So! I loved this thing till I noticed that. Just depends on how often you plan on using it and if you are looking for something that will last a long time.

This pan is great. I have been making mini rum cakes with them and they have been perfect. Nordic Ware works great and there is never any sticking.
