I wanted to send my sweetheart a "Sweet-Heart" for Valentine's day, but she's not into the whole mushy hearts and flowers crap (hence why I love her). So I ordered this mold and with the right recipe, food coloring, and blue icing for "veins", I put a demented twist by making her a Panna Cotta dessert that looked like a heart. I had it sent to her office as a surprise and she and all her co-workers loved it. What better way to a woman's heart than with a heart. Thank you mold for the best lay of my life.
