I do love the size of theses pans but, the spring loaded sides are quite loose. I always wrap foil from the bottom going up the sides on cheesecake pans. I need them for the size but, I am not happy with how loose they are.

if you can afford nicer pans get nicer pans these work pretty good but they are a little lose and the metal is not very strong but for the price there not very bad ( also you really need to grease these pans or it will tear your cakes )

TERRIBLE! They all cook at different times, it sticks, and it tears apart whar your making. spend a little extra and trust me, it will be worth it.
