These are decent quality pans. I paid about $9 for the set at wal-mart a couple years ago. I mainly use the middle size, and have only used them a few times so far. I haven't had any leakage problems, and they don't stick. They're certainly not the highest quality, and are lightweight (especially compared with Kaiser la forme) but they do their job and are affordable.

These pans are cheap and are nowhere near a tight enough fit. Two of the three leaked cake batter all over the counter. They went back to the store pronto. Not buying this brand again!
