Substantial heavy (but not too) metal pan. Great design and easy release of gel (for cakes too) plus easy clean-up. For Thanksgiving I made the Martha Stewart cranberry/pomegranate/orange gel salad and it came out perfect! Nordicware has always been a quality product.

I used this pan for thanksgiving to make my vegan sister in law a tofu turkey. I have to say, it worked great and with the right recipe the mold holds perfectly and the result was picture perfect. Nice product for the occasion.
