I got a hold of one of these at a Cooking Convention, though I'm not sure if it's out yet. I've used it several times for brownies, cakes, and other things mentioned on the packaging. It has worked flawlessly and I'm surprised at how well the food comes out of the mold. You can even see the intricate details in things you wouldn't expect to be able to. I'd recommend it to all my friends and anyone who's interested in making an easy decorative cake.

I have been using my Zanda Panda Unicorn mold since I tried it out at a cooking convention earlier this year. I must say this mold makes baking and designing confections a real joy. It is simple to use, whether making cakes, cookies, or cupcake "toppers." As an avid baker I have been interested in making decorative ice cream cakes for years now, and this is a perfect way to do it. The Zanda Panda "no-bake backwards" cake is also easy and innovative, and different types of cake or ice cream can be combined into an elegant tasty treat.At first I was nervous about un-molding large cakes, but because of the flexible silicone material it is really easy. Just let the cake completely cool first and it will pop right out. Or, my new favorite is to freeze the cake, fill the middle with some jam or ice cream, and then un-mold it onto a serving plate. I was also afraid about cleaning it, but it is 100% dishwasher safe, and can even be turned inside out, making it easier to clean.I am anxiously awaiting more from the Zanda Panda Company. I met the lead designer, and she told me several other molds were in development. If they are anything like this, I'll be sure to get my oven mitts around them.

I just baked my first cake using this mold, and it produced the moistest cake ever! The unicorns are cute, my girlfriend loved it! A simple white cake mix with a vanilla glaze makes a great cake. Can't wait to try out the backwards cake.
