I have replaced almost all of my bakeware with Circulon. It stands up well to use and bakes evenly. Heavy enough to keep from buckling or warping but not too heavy to take out of the oven with one mitt.

I purchased this cake pan and two round cake pans. I made a cake with the round pans. Turned out beautiful. This bakeware is the best I have ever used. Clean up is a breeze. One reviewer had a problem with the ridges. I did not have any problems with them. Cake layers fell right out of the pan! Love my new cake pans!!
