what better cakk to make on vd then an I love you cake. pan is easy to cook in, cake comes out clean, and it washes up just great

Sponge (no fat) came out well but lost a lot of air getting into all the letters.Chiffonage was better but impossible to get the letter e out without damage.Time to experiment with the recipe a bit more!

I ordered this item two days ago, so I have yet to use it. I have no doubt it'll be wonderful seeing as it is a wilton brand. It is much larger than I was thinking. Not that I looked at the dimensions, but it's very nice. Though it does need tons of washing/cleaning before use. Seems to be a little dirty/dusty. I can't wait to use it though. I'll leave a review or comment back to this once I do in a about a week!
