I ordered both the 5" and 7" springform pans since I didnt really know what to order. I know my 9/10" is too large and so much of the product goes to waste.The 5" is really to small and is probably better for our waistlines but it was hard to adjust recipes to fit a 5" also. I am glad I have it though in case I ever need to make a tiered cheesecake.The price was GREAT and shipping was fast. I enjoyed the 7" right away and the 5" will get used one day.

I was looking for a 5 inch pan to complete my mini tiered cake pan set, and I thought I had found the one. After making a mini 4 tier cake, I realized that the third and fourth tiers were virtually the same size, and that wasn't going to work for a tiered look. I knew my third tier was 4 inches, which is why I needed the 5 inch pan specifically. After measuring both the pan and the cake, It turned out to be 4.5 inches, as measured by my measuring tape. I had to buy another pan, but this time i went with Fat Daddio's 5 inch pan, which I absolutely love! So if you must have a 5 inch pan, don't get this one!!!
