I bake a lot and I highly recommend this pan! If you've made a Wilton cake before, decorating this is a cinch! There aren't any instructions, but if you just ice the sides and use star tips to fill in the top, it's easy. The detail really comes through after baking - much better than some Wilton pans I've used. Just be sure to place the pan on a cookie sheet for baking. Otherwise, I treated this just like a normal pan - butter & flour it. The flour did not stick to the cake - be sure to tap out excess. Be aware - to fill this pan, I used approx. 1 1/2 cake mixes. Yeah, it rose a bit too much in the very center, but while it was still slightly warm, I pushed it to flatten it a bit and it turned out great!! I finished it by piping large stars around the whole base and it looked professional! My grandson was soooo happy to have a Packer cake!!

I have quite the Packer collection and this was a nice addition. The pan works well as either a jello mold or cake pan. It's easy to use and easy to clean up. I've had quite a few compliments when tailgating and especially the "WOW what a great looking cake!"
