Whip Cream in the middle

We just loved this for a birthday cake to be different. The letters in the middle are hard to fill in. If you pour just a bit of cake mix into the letters and use a toothpick to make sure all the bubbles are out, it will come out better.We used a slice of a gallon of ice cream for the middle then put spray whip cream all around. The kids loved it.

The cookie cake mold most certainly makes a giant size cookie cake. My only complaint is that the mold is flemsy. Perhaps the maker would consider a using stronger silicone. Otherwise...okay
