I love it! and I can create beautiful cakes, decorated with a thin flowerless chocolate layer placed on top of any kind of cake. Works with cheesecake (freeze it a little before taking it out, works with ice cream too, and as a chocolate mold. Lots of compliments every time I use it. Next I'll try to bake the top of a pie (pastry) see how that works. :)excellent quality silicone
