You have to wrap a piece of plastic wrap around the sticks if you are going to use sticks or else you have to stop up the stick hole somehow if you are not using sticks.I also suggest always using a tray or cookie sheet underneath just in case it drips.Otherwise it's very cute and has many culinary applications.
