DON'T BUY THESE.I bought two 12x12x2 pans with removable bottoms - the pan bottom inserts do not fit in both - one is too large, hangs up 1/4" above pan bottom; the other is bowed and slants so it wobbles rather than lie flat. Neither pan holds batter - it seeps out under the bottom insert. What a mess!I also purchased the 11x15x2 size and this pan works as it was meant to - insert fits well, lies flat and cake turned out very nice.

I have brought the 6 inch x 6 inch x3 inch. I have only used this to bake cake twice already & the result is excellent. I used parchment paper to line up the bottom & the side, the cake came out beautifully. I didn't have any problems getting the cake out as it has the removable bottom. There were no leaking at all. I am very happy with this product & I am going to buy another one which is the next larger size 8 inches.

I was a little afraid to buy this pan after revewing some of the negative reviews. I am so glad I listen to myself and got it. My pan did not leak as the other mentioned and my cheesecake turn out beautiful. I like having the square size pan the cheesecake is easier to cut. After several use, I couldn't find anything wrong with this pan.
