I like this pan but have had some growing pains when I first started using it. It does not seal air tight so I end up using foil up to about halfway up the sides so I can use a proper water bath when making cheesecakes.Good product for the price, I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for the water issue, which I have not experienced using regular round springform pans.
